Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into cubes. Toss them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and cinnamon, and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.

  2. 2

    Cook the Brown Rice

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of brown rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and mix in chopped parsley.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts, garlic (minced), and chili flakes. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until caramelized and tender.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steak and Salmon

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. For the salmon, season with salt and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  5. 5

    Make the Garlic Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.

  6. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, arrange the steak, salmon, roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed Brussels sprouts, and brown rice. Drizzle the garlic aioli on top or serve on the side.
