Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Marinate the chicken breasts in soy sauce for at least 30 minutes. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and charred.

2

Roast the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly charred.

3

Char the Broccoli

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add broccoli florets. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is bright green and slightly charred. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

4

Cook the Brown Rice

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add brown rice and a pinch of salt. Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for about 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork and mix in chopped parsley.

5

Make the Garlic Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

6

Assemble the Plate

On a large plate, arrange the grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, charred broccoli, and brown rice. Drizzle with garlic aioli and serve immediately.
