Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Steak

Season the grass-fed steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Kale

Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, massage the kale with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil to soften it.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

Add the cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan cheese, toasted breadcrumbs, and candied pecans to the bowl with the massaged kale. Toss gently to combine.

  4. 4

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the Caesar (un)dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the rested steak and arrange it on top of the salad. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the salad.
