Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a large dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the Chicken
Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Pair with your choice of base and sides, along with (un)dressing.
