Prepare the Candied Pecans
In a small saucepan, combine the raw pecans, agave syrup, salt, and Aleppo chili flakes. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the pecans are coated and slightly toasted, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Kale
Wash and rinse the Tuscan kale thoroughly. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place the kale in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and nutritional yeast until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt if desired.

Assemble the Salad
Pour the dressing over the kale and massage the leaves for about 2-3 minutes until they are tender and well coated. Add the candied pecans and toss gently to combine.
