2. Marinate Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3. Preheat Grill or Oven
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Cook Salmon
Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill the salmon skin-side down for about 6-8 minutes, or bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
