Method
Prepare Seafood Cakes
- 1
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, lobster meat, crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- 3
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Make Spicy Crab Slaw
- 4
In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 5
Cover and refrigerate the slaw until ready to use.
Prepare Potato Chips
Cook and Assemble Sliders
- 9
In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook the seafood patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 10
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- 11
Assemble the sliders by placing a seafood patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a generous amount of spicy crab slaw, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Place the top half of the bun on top to complete the slider.
