Prepare Seafood Patty

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, shrimp, lobster, red bell pepper, onion, chives, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Using your hands, form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Make sure they are compact enough to hold together.

Chill Patties
Cover the patties with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Cook Patties
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make Crabmeat Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, crabmeat, lemon juice, minced garlic, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Assemble Burger

Prepare Buns and Toppings
Slice pretzel buns in half. Prepare sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves, and sliced avocado.

Build the Burger
Spread a generous amount of crabmeat aioli on the bottom half of each pretzel bun. Place a seafood patty on top, then layer with tomato, lettuce, and avocado. Finish with the top half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the seafood burgers with a side of pommes frites and enjoy!
