Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Michter's Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes to the top.

Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnishing

Add Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and then drop it into the glass. Add a maraschino cherry for decoration.
