Method
Main Dish Preparation
- 1
Cook the Ground Lamb
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground lamb for about 8-10 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2
Assemble the Dish
On a plate, place a serving of the cooked ground lamb. Top with quince marmalade, followed by a generous handful of house mixed greens, crumbled feta cheese, and drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top.
Sweet Potato Fries Preparation
- 3
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the sweet potatoes into fry shapes. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Sweet Potato Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Make the Smoked Pineapple Dipping Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine diced pineapple, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the pineapple is soft and the sauce has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
