Make the Poblano and Jalapeño Syrup
In a saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each) over medium heat. Add 1 chopped poblano pepper and 1 chopped jalapeño pepper. Stir until sugar dissolves and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let it cool, and strain into a bottle.

Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine El Jimador Silver Tequila, elderflower liqueur, passion fruit puree, and the house-made poblano and jalapeño syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients well.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, rim the glass with salt or chili powder for added flavor.

Garnish
Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a slice of poblano pepper for a spicy touch.
