Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your serving glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Gentleman Jack Whiskey and add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Prepare the Glass
Empty the ice water from your serving glass and strain the whiskey mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish the Drink
Express the oils from a strip of orange peel over the drink and drop it in. Finally, add a maraschino cherry for garnish.
