Prepare the Croutons

Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss the brioche cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, add the baby romaine lettuce. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss gently to coat the leaves evenly.

Add Toppings
Top the dressed lettuce with the brioche croutons and Italian anchovies. Finish by garnishing with the shaved Parmesan cheese.
