Measure the Whiskey
Using a jigger, measure 2 ounces of Bulleit Rye Whiskey and pour it into a mixing glass.

Chill the Whiskey
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes to chill the whiskey. Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice from your serving glass (a rocks glass is recommended) and strain the chilled whiskey into the glass.
Garnishing

Add Garnish
If desired, garnish the drink with a lemon twist by expressing the oils over the drink and dropping the twist in. You can also add a maraschino cherry for extra flavor and color.
