Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground Black Angus beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Oven-Roasted Tomatoes

Prepare the Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Roast the Tomatoes
Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

Slice the Onions
Thinly slice the yellow onion.

Fry the Chips
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add a handful of potato slices and fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
