Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice and water while you prepare the drink.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Old Forester bourbon, yuzu sherbet, salted honey, and fresh lemon juice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
