Prepare Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and prepare your workstation.

Prepare the Tomato
Slice the tomato into thin rounds and set aside.

Wash and Tear Lettuce
Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into smaller pieces.
Cooking

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tenderloin first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure an even coating.

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry Chicken Tenderloins
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenderloins to the hot oil. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken tenderloins in Buffalo Jack's Wang sauce until evenly coated.

Assemble the Sandwich
On a plate, place a layer of lettuce, followed by a layer of coated chicken tenderloins. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese, followed by tomato slices.

Drizzle house-made ranch dressing over the top of the sandwich, then add another layer of lettuce if desired.
