Main Ingredients

Method

Steak and Vegetables

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Trim any excess fat from the sirloin steak and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the chopped red onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

  3. 3

    Add the Steak

Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the chopped sirloin steak to the pan. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Rotel

Once the steak is cooked through, add the can of Rotel to the skillet. Stir everything together and let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Comeback Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Serve

Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture onto a plate. Top with pico de gallo and drizzle with the Comeback sauce. Serve immediately.
