Prepare Chicken Tenders

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated chicken tenders and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cook Pasta and Alfredo Sauce

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked penne pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Assemble the Dish

Layer the Ingredients
On a serving plate, place a generous portion of the Alfredo penne pasta as the base. Top with the fried chicken tenders.

Add Marinara and Parmesan
Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken tenders and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

Finish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
