Chicken Tenders

Pasta and Alfredo Sauce

Toppings

Method

Prepare Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Coat the Chicken

In three separate bowls, place the flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip into eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs.

  2. 2

    Fry the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated chicken tenders and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook Pasta and Alfredo Sauce

  1. 3

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 4

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked penne pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 6

    Layer the Ingredients

On a serving plate, place a generous portion of the Alfredo penne pasta as the base. Top with the fried chicken tenders.

  2. 7

    Add Marinara and Parmesan

Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken tenders and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

  3. 8

    Garnish

Finish with a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
