Prepare Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Monterey Jack, and white cheddar. Mix until smooth.

Cook Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Season the Mixture
Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Combine with Cheese
Reduce heat to low and add the cheese mixture to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the dip is creamy, about 5 minutes.

Adjust Flavor
Taste and add hot sauce if desired for extra heat. Mix well.
