Chicken Tenders
Buffalo Sauce
Wrap Ingredients
Method
Prepare Chicken Tenders
- 1
Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, season the buttermilk with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken tenders, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Coat Chicken
In a separate bowl, place the flour. Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and coat them in the flour, shaking off any excess.
- 3
Fry Chicken
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken tenders in batches, frying until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Finish Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken tenders and Buffalo wing sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- 5
Prepare Tortilla Wraps
Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, coated chicken tenders, shredded cheese, and a generous drizzle of ranch dressing.
- 6
Wrap It Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up to encase all the ingredients. Ensure the wrap is tight.
