Coat the Chicken
Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with bread crumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Asian Slaw

Mix the Slaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions.

Make the Dressing
In a separate small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.

Combine Slaw and Dressing
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

In a large serving bowl, place the mixed salad greens.
