Prepare the Patty Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly using your hands.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.

Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.

Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

Place each patty on a bun and top with pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, and condiments as desired.

Bread the Tenders
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain the Tenders
Remove the cooked tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the tenders hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
