Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the jumbo chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation
- 4
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.
- 5
Combine the Sauce Ingredients
Once the butter is melted, remove it from heat and stir in the Frank's RedHot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 6
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk until smooth. Add the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Final Assembly
- 8
Toss the Wings
Once the wings are baked, place them in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until all wings are coated in sauce.
- 9
Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and a side of house-made ranch dressing.
