Prepare Shrimp

Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the blackening seasoning and olive oil. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.

Add the penne pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Cream and Parmesan
Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper, and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine and Serve

Add the cooked penne pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.

Gently fold in the blackened shrimp into the pasta and sauce mixture.
