Prepare the Pork
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Smoke the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a smoker and smoke at 225°F (107°C) for about 8-10 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Assemble the Sandwich
Toast the hamburger buns lightly. Place a generous amount of shredded pork on the bottom half of each bun, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top with coleslaw if desired. Place the top half of the bun on and serve.
