Method

Chips N' Rotel

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dip

In a medium saucepan, combine the Rotel diced tomatoes and cream cheese. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is well blended.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Dish

Transfer the warm dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Tossed Tenders with Ranch

  1. 3

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, toss the chicken tenders with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 4

    Cook the Chicken

Spread the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. 5

    Serve with Ranch

Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oven and serve hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Davis' Dill Pickle Chips

  1. 6

    Prepare the Pickles

Open the jar of dill pickles and drain excess liquid if desired. Slice the pickles into chips or serve whole.

  2. 7

    Season the Chips

Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over the pickles for added flavor. Serve as a crunchy snack.

Blankenshrooms with Ranch

  1. 8

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic powder until coated.

  2. 9

    Cook the Mushrooms

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the coated mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

  3. 10

    Serve with Ranch

Remove from heat and serve warm with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
