- 1
Prepare the Bolognese Sauce
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.

Add ground pork to the skillet, cooking until browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Ricotta Mixture
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- 4
Prepare the Lasagna
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 6
Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the Bolognese sauce, and a third of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat with another layer.
- 7
Top with the remaining noodles, Bolognese sauce, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 8
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
