Wonton Preparation
- 1
Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Assemble the Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the shrimp filling into the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press to seal. Fold the corners towards each other to form a pouch and seal with water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
