Fish Cakes

Prepare the Fish
In a food processor, add the white fish fillets and pulse until finely minced.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the minced fish, Thai red curry paste, fresh coriander, chopped green beans, egg, rice flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Cakes
Using wet hands, form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry the Cakes
Carefully place the fish cakes in the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Stir well.
