Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Dice the pork tenderloin, chicken breast, and tomato. Peel and devein the shrimp. Chop the scallions and dice the white onion. Cook the rice if not already prepared.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Proteins

In a large wok or frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced pork and chicken, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the proteins from the wok and set aside.

  2. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In the same wok, add a little more sesame oil if needed. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until just cooked through. Remove and set aside with the proteins.

  3. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

Add the diced white onion to the wok and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional minute.

  4. 5

    Combine Everything

Add the cooked rice to the wok along with the cooked proteins and scrambled eggs. Pour in the soy sauce, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir-fry everything together for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

  5. 6

    Finish with Scallions

Add the chopped scallions to the fried rice and mix well. Cook for another minute and remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Serve the combination fried rice hot, garnished with cucumber slices on the side.
