Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half from top to bottom.

Fry the Brussels Sprouts
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the halved Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer. Let them cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
After the sprouts are golden brown, flip them over and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly crispy. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the Brussels sprouts with cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
