Wings Marinade and Coating
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix well to combine. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade and arrange them in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the wings are crispy and cooked through, turning halfway.
- 4
Serve
Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
