Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil. Toss well to coat the wings evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Bake the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the rack in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Serve the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve hot with ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side.
