Prepare Chicken

1. Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Cook Quinoa

Rinse quinoa under cold water in a fine sieve to remove bitterness.
