In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice, if desired.
