Prepare the Nuts
Soak the cashews and almonds in warm water for about 30 minutes to soften them. Drain and set aside.

Chop Fresh Cilantro
Finely chop the fresh cilantro and set aside for garnish.
Cooking

Blend the Nuts
In a blender, combine the soaked cashews and almonds with 1 cup of whole milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pot, combine the nut mixture, remaining whole milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk. Stir well.

Add Spices
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Mix well.

Simmer the Soup
Heat the pot over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Ladle the hot Co-Co Nut Soup into bowls. Garnish each bowl with toasted coconut flakes and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zing.
