Brownie Directions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- 2
Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips and unsalted butter together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 3
Mix Sugars and Eggs
In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and the cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 4
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- 5
Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 6
Bake
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 7
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
