Crepe Batter

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crepe Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Stir in the melted butter. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook the other side for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.

  3. 3

    Fill the Crepes

Spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries. Fold the crepes in half or roll them up.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with Chocolate

Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Drizzle melted chocolate over the filled crepes before serving.
