Tamari Chocolate Mousse

Melt the Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in tamari sauce.

Whip the Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until combined.

Chill
Transfer the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

Shape and Bake
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
Honey Soy Reduction

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Reduce
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
Sesame Ice Cream

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, sesame paste, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Chill and Churn
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.

Freeze
Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
