Fajita Meat and Vegetables

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Marinate the Meat

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the meat and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fajita Meat

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated meat and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely browned. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Fill each tortilla with sliced meat and sautéed vegetables. Serve immediately.
