Method

Cooking the Fish

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cod

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the cod fillets and marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Cod

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated cod for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Avocado Sauce

  1. 3

    Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt to taste.

Assembling the Tacos

  1. 4

    Warm the Tortillas

Lightly warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

In each tortilla, place a portion of grilled cod, top with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and cheddar cheese. Drizzle with the creamy avocado sauce before serving.
