Ingredients for Small Burger with Fries

Method

Directions for Preparing Small Burger with Fries

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Rinse them in cold water and pat dry.

  2. 2

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 3

Fry the potato strips in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.

  4. 4

Remove fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Cook the Burger

While the fries are cooking, shape the ground beef into a small patty and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  6. 6

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the burger for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  7. 7

Toast the burger bun on the grill or in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

  8. 8

Assemble the burger by placing the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun and topping it with the other half of the bun.
