Hamburger Patties and Toppings

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, then divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the hamburger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and Green Chile

During the last minute of cooking, place two slices of cheddar cheese on each patty and top with green chile to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Place each patty on a gluten-free hamburger bun. Top with crispy bacon, a generous dollop of sour cream, and guacamole. Close the burger with the top bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
