Method
Cooking the Salmon
Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Sear the Salmon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add Harissa Glaze
In the last minute of cooking, brush the harissa paste over the salmon and cook for an additional minute until caramelized.
Making the Lentil Salad
Cook the Lentils

Mix Salad Ingredients
