Buffalo Cauliflower
Method
Preparation
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
Season the Cauliflower
In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Buffalo Sauce
Once baked, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce until well coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Make the Ranch Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve
Remove the cauliflower from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with the house made ranch dressing on the side.
