Method

Burger Directions

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

2

Form the Burger Patty

In a bowl, form the ground beef into a patty, about 8 oz in weight. Season with salt and pepper.

3

Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, cook the beef patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place the cheese slice on top of the patty to melt.

4

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, layer the lettuce, tomato slices, the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, bacon slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.
