Prepare the Glass

Rim the edge of a chilled cocktail glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it in salt. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Don Fulano Blanco Tequila, Contraluz Mezcal, Liber & Co. Pineapple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, and jalapeño bitters.

Shake it Up

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish

Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a slice of jalapeño on the rim of the glass.
