Lemon Ricotta Dip

Prepare the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Make the Dough

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Prepare the Flatbread

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Grilled Apricots

Grill the Apricots

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush apricot halves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Pecan Praline

Prepare the Praline

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter, and pecans. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
