1. Prepare the Meat
Slice the fennel sausage, Black Forest ham, and Nueske's bacon into bite-sized pieces. The cup and char pepperoni can be used whole.
Cooking
2. Cook the Bacon and Sausage
In a large skillet, cook the Nueske's bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add the sliced fennel sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the Ham and Pepperoni
Add the sliced Black Forest ham and cup and char pepperoni to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the meats are heated through and the pepperoni begins to curl.
4. Combine Everything
Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet with the other meats. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes to meld the flavors.
